Mario Bellini is an Italian designer known for his iconic creations in furniture and architecture one of which the Camaleonda couch, designed in 1970, is a timeless masterpiece that has become an icon in the design world with its unique design, with interchangeable elements and versatile seating options, has made it a beloved piece of furniture for decades. The designer received the prestigious Golden Compass Award and has been recognized for his contribution to the design industry, 25 works permanently displayed in the design collection at the New York Museum of Modern Art (MoMA). On top of all this rewards he is also an accomplished editor as the editor of Domus magazine from 1985 to 1991.
