Care Instructions : This product is un-lacquered. Your item will develop a natural patina as it oxidises, we believe that this enhances the beauty of the product as it is the nature of the material. If you do not want your product to have a patina finish, you may use a metal polish, please be aware that this will alter the original finish of the product. Always rinse before use. Wash in warm soapy water and dry with a soft cloth. Not dish-washer safe. Not microwave safe. Do not use abrasive agents as this will damage the surface. Do not leave submerged in water. Dry food only. Not suitable for liquid, acidic, and fatty foods as these will attack the metal. All traces of verdigris (bright green patina) must be removed from food contact surfaces before use.
