Silent Cabinet is a modern bookcase with a linear design created to express sensuous Japanese beauty with a modern style free of tradition. Silent Cabinet can be used as a tall designer bookcase or a display cabinet where everything is visible, thanks to the frame’s five glass sides that let in natural light and evenly illuminate the objects. Sliding doors on rails save space regardless of their width. It’s also possible to choose lattice doors for one side of the bookcase. Reminiscent of traditional Japanese doors, they’re made of thin, delicate wooden slats, six-millimetres wide. Their spacing is designed to find a balance in perfect harmony with the calm of Japanese interior design and modern taste.
